Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use Polytrack’s websites, game services, APIs, and community spaces. By launching the game or submitting content, you agree to the rules below.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create a Polytrack account. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the game.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, attempt to reverse engineer our services, or overload servers.
- Be respectful in public chats, Discord, and track descriptions. Harassment, hate speech, and spam are prohibited.
- Use Polytrack’s APIs within documented rate limits and only for lawful purposes.
3. User-generated content
You retain ownership of tracks, ghosts, and other content you create. By sharing content on Polytrack, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, distribute, and promote it within the platform.
4. Intellectual property
Polytrack, the Polytrack logo, and associated assets are property of Kodub. You may not use our branding without written permission. Respect the rights of others when importing textures, music, or third-party assets.
5. Paid services
Polytrack is currently free to play. Should we introduce optional premium features, any additional terms or fees will be presented at checkout. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or compromise security. We will attempt to notify you, but serious violations can result in immediate action. You may delete your account at any time, and we will remove personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
Polytrack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost progress, system downtime, or damages arising from the use of the game, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts unless local law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify players via the game launcher or email if changes are material.
