DMCA & Copyright Policy

Information on how to submit a copyright notice for guide content, images, or links published on Polytrack.best.

1. Overview

Polytrack.best respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page covers copyright concerns about pages, images, text, or links published on this independent guide website. It does not control the official Polytrack game client or third-party sites we link to.

2. Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe that content on Polytrack.best infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice that includes all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
  • Identification of the infringing material on Polytrack.best and the URL or specific location where it appears, so we can locate it.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith that you believe the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Where to send notices

Send DMCA takedown notices to our designated copyright agent:

We review notices and remove or correct material when a valid copyright issue is confirmed.

4. Counter-notice procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and any legally required jurisdiction statement for your counter-notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notices to the same address above with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice".

5. Repeat issues

If a contributor repeatedly sends material that creates copyright problems, we may stop accepting that contributor's suggestions or remove related guide references.
